I cut my “wisdom” teeth building meaningful, actionable information systems for a young Target Stores, back when there were just three locations in Minneapolis. Those early years taught me how to turn data into decisions. Since then, I’ve been a turnaround specialist and founded two successful consumer businesses. That mix of metric-driven analysis and operations practicality is the backbone of how I work.

My process is driven by your input and consists of four steps:
